Every day as a business leader, you make decisions. You choose how to manage stakeholders, budgets, projects, vendors, and your team's employee development.
But when it comes to training, is your approach dynamic, or are you simply maintaining the status quo? Do your employee learners achieve the results needed to create a growth path in your company? The difference between a successful learning program and one that fails is the level at which impactful learning ties back to the company's long-term plans and objectives.
Is your company ready to take a different course? Let me help. I am an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer who manages the impact of learning strategy by creating contemporary custom training that ties learning and development to your company's strategic goals.

PowerPoint (PPT) is an industry standard used for creating visual information aids. Many companies utilize it for training because it is easy to learn, has built-in accessibility functions, and has an existing base familiarity level for a large number of office workers.
Its cross-functionality with many other programs, such as Captivate, iSpring, or Storyline, allows me to add a deeper level of creativity, quizzing, and LMS tracking, upon conversion and reformatting.
It's a quick training upgrade for companies who need to track training in more detail but who may not have the budget for a large, custom eLearning initiative.
