About the client: Enrichment and counseling program, that offers programs and lakefront retreats, for women.
Challenge: Since the client was not able to hold retreats, due to COVID, they focused instead on remote holistic enrichment and self betterment. The course was supporting a common challenge: burnout, exacerbated by working from home.
Custom solution: 4 module course, to be used in tandem with online community sessions, discussing the topics.
Treatments: Tab interactions, layered interactions, triggers, introduction of external web objects that record quiz information, custom gamification, and drag and drop.
